Hi, I'm Carolyn, and I am inflicting yet another New Warrior on you: Namorita Prentiss, the altogether cuter and more stable cousin of the king of Marvel's Atlantis. She recently time-traveled to the future courtesy of Rich Rider, thus skipping all of her terrible 90s storylines and Civil War, but didn't cause a temporal paradox in the process because comics that's why. She's very friendly and good-natured but will walk straight into the gates of hell if she thinks it's the right thing to do...and also she can throw a bus or shrug off being hit by one, which helps her survive all her impulsive decisions to do things like walk into hell.

Unfortunately, in a superb display of perverse timing, my computer picked this weekend to up and die. Until I can troubleshoot/repair/replace it, I'm limited to mobile, except when stealing my husband's computer like I'm doing now. That means I'll be slow and/or typo-ridden for a week or two.

Hi everyone!

I am terrible at introductions so I'll try to keep this quick. My name is Erica and I am brand new to your game if that wasn't obvious. I am joining you with a book character named Jason Grace. He's from Rick Riordian's Heroes of Olympus series and is a 16-year-old son of Jupiter. He's kind of used to the whole hero thing (he's saved his world at least twice thanks) and is honestly just a pair of tights away from being a superhero anyway. And, I'll level with you, he's been referred to as a Blonde Superman in his canon at least once.

This is not helped by the fact that he now owns a pair of glasses now. Also he flies, which is what brought up the comparison in the first place.

Anyway, if you want to know more about him there's info in his journal and such. I look forward to diving right in to the game itself and watching this kid nerd out about being a legit superhero with a codename and everything. He'll even be making a list of potential names before settling on one -- but that'll probably be something handwaved.

I also feel I should share that this is the first game I've been in where my username kinda works since I SAW that you guys have a Power Ranger!Jason...so that probably amuses only me. Disregard this.

Hi guys, I'm hanshi and i'm bringing in Edgelord McJackass from that Overwatch game into the mix, creeping around and just agreeing to the Legionnaires Oath so they'll stay off his back. He's a bitter, angry, and possibly senile soldier, having gone through a lot of trauma being blown up and all. His entire body is in a constant state of decay and regeneration after an experiment gone awry during the attempt to save his life after said explosion, so he wears a (spooky) skull mask and keeps his entire body full covered.

He's not particularly approachable and he's kind of a dick, so please feel free to be completely awful and annoying to him thank you.

Hi everyone! I'm Marie, and I have come to mash another Marvel superhero character into this DC-based game as proof that App This Plz sometimes works!

I'll be bringing you another New Warrior, Speedball/Robbie Baldwin. He's from the end of the most recent volume, because that's the closest to happy and healthy he's been in 9 years, and I didn't want to pull from that far because New Kid Nova is here (Hey, Sam, what's up?). It would also make him way younger than I would like.

So Robbie is the cool Warrior nowadays, he's the funny cute one all the X-girls ask about, but he's actually carting around a lot of baggage due to the events before, during, and after Civil War that are too convoluted to get into in an intro post. He likes to act like it almost never happened, especially around teammates, so it's probably best to leave the full story out of.

The short of it is that Robbie has a history of self harm. I must ask all of you to head over to his permissions post and let me know if you want me to keep him away from your character entirely, to never mention it (rare anyway), or what would work best for you. If, if, if it does, with express consent, it will still have massive warnings on it.

In case anyone is curious, he's coming in with his standard power set of bouncy kinetic shield and energy bubbles. The post-Stamford, pain-fueled power is gone. I have not yet worked out how he'll discover that.

I imagine I'll be hearing from some of you to work stuff out, as needed.

Also, my flight home from Dragon*Con takes off in about 40 minutes. I'll be incommunicado until about midnight.

She's a simple country girl who one day decides to stop hunting animals and start hunting people! And by that awfully worded story, I mean to say she became a soldier (archer and then sniper, specifically). She's sixteen years old, and oh man is this going to be culture shock since she's basically from Fight The Dragon: Middle Ages the Game.

But she's lively! Polite, usually, but fun! And her powers are teleportation and flash precognition because why not throw something new at her.

I have for you today JOHN VIDEOGAMES: OVERDAD, more colloquially known as Soldier: 76 (do not ask me to tell dad jokes). He’s from everyone's favorite new installment of the Team Fortress franchise, Overwatch. You may have already met some of his similarly-geriatric friends. They are much, much nicer than he is.

Once upon a time, 76 was the guy in charge of Overwatch. You know, back in the day, when everyone was cool with a paramilitary global peacekeeping force running around saving the world with very little accountability! Until there was accountability, and then people weren’t cool with it, and his best friend blew him up (or maybe it was the government that did it) and everyone figured he was dead. But he isn’t dead; he’s old and angry and vaguely traumatized and out for Revenge™ and not terribly happy about being made to do the Hero thing again.

Hey guys, it's Sam (as in Sam/Hal/Donatello), and I apparently don't have enough Legion in my life, because I'm using my last character slot.

So. This is Ina, from the Samurai Warriors series of video games. She's a fictionalized version of a real Sengoku figure, so if we have anyone who's up on Japanese history (which...idk if we do anyway, lolol) they might know the name. Basically: badass samurai waifu, takes things a little too seriously, may shoot you for impropriety.

She's got a triple power set of enhanced agility, enhanced vision, and charging up objects with kinetic energy so they explode on impact, in addition to her canon skillset of "stupidly good at archery." ~~Please, someone make her some ridiculous Green Arrow-esque trick arrows. We all need boxing glove arrows in our lives.~~

Might as well officially introduce myself, so hi everybody! My name's Parcel and I'm bringing in Pidge from Voltron: Legendary Defender ~~AKA the newer, better version~~. Pidge flies a giant robot lion in space with four other lions that forms a much bigger robot mech and that's basically all you need to know. She's got limited stealth powers, extremely extensive hacking powers and a full head of steam. She's signed up for the Legion, but she's not happy about it because she's got another mission on top of this one she was just getting the hang of.

Hello, new friends! I'm Sarah, and I've brought with me Greg Universe from Steven Universe, aka that cartoon with crying and singing and alien rocks. Greg himself was a rocker of the human variety, who fell in love with a rock of the alien variety, and had a child who's half of both. Up until showing up here he's been a plain vanilla human with no special powers whatsoever, but nearly everyone else in his life is magic or has superstrength or fights with swords and he honestly finds it all a little intimidating. He's not going to be very happy about this new situation, and has opted not to take the Legion's Oath yet because this is too much to process all at once.

For the non-canonfamiliar: he's a super soldier from the year 2557 with crazy awesome power armor who's spent the last 30 years fighting aliens (and, more recently, horrible space zombies and killer robots). He's 46 years old (though he's spent at least 4 years and probably more in cryo suspension throughout his life) and, because he was part of a super unethical program that started training him when he was a kid, has been doing this crap since he was like 14. He's kind of more than a little bit weird as a result.

I look forward to having him be unfun captain lineface at everyone. (And maybe accidentally having friends and it being clearly terrible.)

Hallo everyone! Famine (Trunks-player) here, adding a second character to the game!

This is Kozmotis Pitchiner. He's a heroic general from an ancient spacefaring civilization who kinda sorta eventually becomes a terrifying monster born of darkness.

He's from the Guardians of Childhood series, which was adapted as Rise of the Guardians. And he's even in the movie! Kinda.

Yeah. He's Pitch, before he became Pitch.

Anyway! Right now he isn't evil and crazy, he's just a sad dad who wants to protect everyone with his powers of super-strength and ability to summon and wield a giant scythe made of light, so he'll get along great with everyone I'm sure.

Hello, Legionnaires! I'm LA and I'm fresh meat to the game!

I'll be bringing in Renzo Shima from the Blue Exorcist manga. He's an exorcist-in-training, along with a few other things that make him a little bit shady, but he's not all bad. He's at least willing to give the hero thing a go!

His powers are black hellfire manipulation and a big ol' demon familiar, which really are both as mean as they sound.

I also come with the Spirit of Winter from the movie Rise of the Guardians! This is Jack Frost, he comes bearing most of his powers too! He can't talk to the wind or make magical snowflakes that make you feel all happy and joyous but that's okay because Jack is good at having fun anyway! He's from after the movie too, so he remembers why he was made into Jack Frost and is a full-fledged guardian and damn proud it too.

Hey! This is Dan, new to the game. I'm bringing in Aizawa Shouta--aka, Eraserhead. He's a Professional Hero from his ol' home and he carries the weight of immense responsibility on his back which is probably why he looks so tired. He can erase powers, has Batman's sense for planning, Spiderman's fighting style, and Wolverine's tendency to not shave! He's actually a teacher back home and his class is always full of prospective heroes, so he's fully prepared to give critique and help others up their game.

Hello! Celaeno here; you may remember me from some other games, though it's been awhile since I did any Dreamwidth RP. Blame Zita for getting me interested in it again.

I'm bringing in Rocket Raccoon from the MCU take on Guardians of the Galaxy. Since his buddy Groot hasn't followed him here, he's getting stuck with plant control powers. He also brings snark and an alarmingly lax personal policy towards using heavy weaponry.

So yeah, he's probably going to butt heads with a lot of people. It should be fun!

Anyway. He's lost a few of his flying brick powers to be left with ki blasts and time-limited strength enhancement. He's not going to be extremely happy about that, not gonna lie. Sucks to be him. Help him find hobbies that don't involve training, guys.
