Hey guys remember how I said I needed to take a break from him and go resolidify my grasp of canon?

Yeah, I did that.

This is Zita (who plays Grif @whyarewehere and is on plurk @zitasaurusrex) bringing back the Master Chief from Halo. For the non-canonfamiliar: he's a super soldier from the year 2557 with crazy awesome power armor who's spent the last 30 years fighting aliens (and, more recently, horrible space zombies and killer robots). He's 46 years old (though he's spent at least 4 years and probably more in cryo suspension throughout his life) and, because he was part of a super unethical program that started training him when he was a kid, has been doing this crap since he was like 14. He's kind of more than a little bit weird as a result.

I look forward to having him be unfun captain lineface at everyone. (And maybe accidentally having friends and it being clearly terrible.)
