New player here. I'm Lindsay and this is my spirit animal, Aku. He's the evil tree demon from Cartoon Network's Samurai Jack who is always trolling Jack and trying to kill him. Yes, he is a supervillain. Yes, he has great flaming eyebrows. Yes, he has agreed to join the "hero club" for extremely selfish reasons that amount to him being a stubborn shitlord who refuses to give up his Reign of Evil on Earth.

His powers in the game are hyper-fluid physicality (since he's a shapeshifting space-goo) and fire stuff (breathing fire and shooting eyebeams... in moderation.)

Aku won't be trying to kill his teammates, even if he might want to, but don't be surprised if he threatens to harm your character, lies to them or attempts to scare them. Otherwise, he tends to be fairly respectful toward characters who are respectful to him.

Carolyn here, with Marvel supergenius Valeria Richards, daughter of Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman. She's as smart as Brainiac and coming from right before Secret Wars, so she's very interested in halting the destruction of all reality.

She's also three years old (just ask her.) Correspondingly, she will not be joining the Legion, because even they won't take a preschooler, regardless of what that preschooler thinks about her ability to hero. (SHE WAS AN AVENGER, YOU KNOW!*) She will, however, be working as Legion support staff, so come to her for all your ridiculous gadget needs, assuming you can stand to be condescended to by someone who can't see over the counter at the space 7-11.

*for about five minutes during Axis and only on a technicality

But hey, guys!! Trap here, (now former) player of Kyle Rayner. Decided I needed to try something fresh, so I switched out the good and pure space jesus for a disaster.

I'll be playing McGillis Fareed from Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. If you're familiar with Gundam at all, you can probably already imagine what sorts of things being a blonde, mask-wearing Gundam character entails. For the most part, McGillis is a pretty chill guy—he takes his work seriously, but he's generally pleasant and easygoing and gets along with all types, unless someone does something really obviously offensive. Of course, the truth is that he's actually a hot mess masquerading as a functioning individual, but hey, who's keeping track? There are a lot of things about the space future and even Legion itself that I think he'll appreciate, so even if he'll be without his precious Gundam, I think he'll fit in well here.

He's pretty different from the last couple characters I've played here, both personality-wise and canon-wise! So I'm excited to see what I can do with him here. As always, I look forward to threading with you guys! ♥

Hello, Legion! Finally getting my rear into gear and posting this intro.

I'm Jae; and I bring Gaelio, the sassy coworker who picks fights with Martian kids, from Gundam. He's a likable guy, but ignorant with a deep-rooted prejudice toward body modifications. As an audit officer who operates at large in space, all 200+ cm of his towering frame will be quick to adjust to the environmental shift—though whether the same holds true for life as a Legionnaire is up for debate.

His new power is technopathy! Which he'll be remiss to use. What a great team player. Please work with (yell at) him.

Um, hello! I'm Avie, and I'm a new player who's bringing in Tekhartha Zenyatta from Overwatch. He's a former Shambali monk who left the monastery because of differences with Tekhartha Mondatta and also helped Genji find inner peace. He's a nice guy who wants peace between human and omnic (read: robot) and those around him, but he will also fight when needed.

His power is his omnic energy channeling that lets him hover and levitate his orbs, shoot glowy orbs, heal people with glowy orb, make them get hurt more with glowy orb, and transcend to be a glowy ~~orb~~ aoe healer for a little bit. It's pretty much his canon powers.... Although if he uses Transcendence, you really need to protect your healer because he does not have invulnerability like in game. Squishy glowing target makes for a squishy glowing target...

Once I figure out a good starting point with what's going on in game, I'll hop in.

Hi there! I'm Zalia and I am bringing in Peter Lynne (aka. Doctor Necropolis, aka. [Redacted]) from the fitness game Zombies, Run!

He's from the end of Season 6, Mission 16 after encountering the head of a notorious group of assassins. He's a snarky, sarcastic sort, who has been through hell in the zombie apocalypse, only a small fraction of which was inflicted by the actual zombies. He comes from a settlement called Abel Township where he acts as a Runner; one of the people sent out into the zombie wasteland to retrieve supplies and exchange messages, and occasional meatshield, although right now the zombies are the least of their problems.

He is technically immortal and can survive any injury; unfortunately that doesn't mean it hurts any less, and in Legion, his healing factor only kicks in for the really fatal things.

Hello, everyone!

I'm Caitlin and I'm bringing you a smol martial artist from an indie comic that pokes fun at Olde Skool Superhero/Kung Fu comics with the occasional pathos: Jesse Sanchez, aka Street Angel. She's a homeless orphan from the mean streets of Wilksborough, the worst ghetto of her home town Angel City, who fights ninjas, drugs and nepotism while trying not to flunk pre algebra. She is also not 14, but she doesn't know her birthdate, so like, she might be 14, you don't know. If you are Unsure how this kid stacks up against all the superpowered folks running around, don't be alarmed!! Jesse is a very experienced fighter who can at minimum keep up with some of the best fighters.

Street Angel doesn't have much in the way of continuity, but most recently, Jesse's gone undercover at a maximum security juvenile detention center nicknamed Alcatraz Jr to stage a jailbreak. She was supposed to break out the daughter of some masked guy named Superhawk, but she took a vacation for a bit and then broke out a bunch of other girls who needed to get out more. So she's pretty hype to be in another place with a constant source of food and a bed.

She joined the Legion pretty much instantly, so she'll be zooming around Legion world on her skateboard and getting into everything. She's a street kid who's used to be the baddest dude in the room, she has no fear. Ask her about her new room, it's rad.

Hi, everyone! New person here! My name is Vee, and it's a pleasure to meet you all. I come bearing this guy, one Lavernius Tucker from Red vs Blue, and I'm completely sorry in advance. He's loud, he tends to hit on anything with a pulse, he swears more than just about anyone, and just...yeah. However, on the up side, I took him from later in his canon when he actually can do things like work in a team, be somewhat responsible, and can utilize strategy.

It's Kia, and I'm bringing in Sawtooth from the current Transformers: Robots In Disguise series. He's a weaponizer minicon, which means he tops out at five feet if he's lucky, turns into a trident, and can either give other characters a huge power boost or completely override their motor functions depending on whether he likes them or not. ~~Which is to say, don't mess with support characters.~~

He's spent most of his life either being experimented on or on the run with his brothers, none of whom are with him right now, so currently his personality is about 75% survival instincts and he's caught between being apprehensive of everything and desperately lonely. Hi everyone I'm Aran and I'm new here.

I'm bringing in Prowl from Transformers IDW, the moderately more coherent take on the 30 minute toy commercial fever dream from your childhood. Specifically, I'm taking him from right before the civil war that destroyed a bunch of planets and blacklisted his entire robot species from mainstream galactic society. Yeah, that one.

Prowl was a forensic investigator on a planet ruled by an oppressive caste system, corrupt Senate, and dickbag Prime. He's naively hoping the robot masses won't violently overthrow them in a planet-wide peasant revolt and wants to gradually improve things instead (war really isn't his thing).

He's still the stand-offish, rule-loving pain in the ass some may be familiar with, but having lived a rather insulated life on his home planet of Cybertron, is fairly clueless on the matters of organic species. He's trying to get better. Here's his permissions.

Hello, this is Jon and because I've lost control of my life, I've decided to finish up my roster and bring in 2B from Nier: Automata. It's a game about fighting robots and taking the Earth back from aliens. It's also a NieR game which is where hope and good feelings go to die. 2B is an android that has never actually seen humans before, or life that wasn't just your local critters and other murderous robots. So excuse her if she seems taken aback by all these actual people walking around.

Of course that means that she'll be an excellent spouse for To Have and To Hold. Assuming she knows what a spouse even is.

Carolyn here, bringing in that other Bioware malleable protag. Shepard here is from the timeskip between Mass Effect 2 and 3, and she's like 95% Paragon except for how sometimes you have to head-butt a krogan to shut him up u feel me? For the canon-blind, that means she's an honorable soldier and compassionate human being but sometimes she shoots a villain while he's monologuing, because fuck that guy. Her powers are biotics (basically telekinesis) and enhanced physique, but she didn't come in with any of her high-tech toys and she's sad about that.

Canon puncture is fine, but nobody spoiler her for 3, please.

Also: Gods Among Us is absolutely her kind of mission...so of course I'm sending her on To Have and To Hold.

this is Elphelt Valentine from the long running fighting game franchise Guilty Gear and it's anime af. It's known for basically two things, having wild and crazy characters and a kick ass rockin' soundtrack (seriously listen to her theme song, it will improve your life).

She's Ramlethal's sister... sort of... She's also a living weapon of mass destruction who just wants to make friends, fight for the people she loves, AND FIND A HUSBAND. at least the version i'm playing isn't as pink. so there's that.

Hey all! I'm Jester and I come bearing a two-for-one deal of Tenno and his warframe Nezha from, who'dathunk, Warframe! The tl;dr with them is that Tenno went through some bad stuff as a kid and as a result now only interacts with his world by way of psychically controlling Nezha. So...space teen physically controls robot-space-ninja-puppet. I promise it makes sense, sort of.

He's just coming in after fighting some world-destroying alien gardening tools and destroying a lady who wanted to possess his body, but that's basically everyday life for him so really he's just going to want to get started with this superhero business right away because it sounds like so much fun.

Hey guys, Tempest here. And I'm bringing in a second character. Going to the opposite end of the spectrum from the grim, stoic space marine large, you get a hot-blooded revolutionary elf mage smol.

Meet Inquisitor Marjara Lavellan, from Dragon Age: Inquisition. Well, most of her. She's missing most of her left arm. But everything else is intact!

Basic rundown is that she was being raised to be the leader of her clan of wilderness-dwelling fellow elves, and while spying on a nearby gathering of humans? Shit went down in a spectacular fashion, and she wound up leading an army composed of pretty much every nation on the continent, and keeping the world from tearing itself apart, literally and figuratively. Twice.

She's really glad someone else is in charge for a while, to be honest. This leadership thing is exhausting.

She's a mage with elemental powers (mainly in the fire/storm/spirit branches) and she's fairly inquisitive (ha, see what I did) by nature, so come! Make friends!

Hello, Legion! I'm NS and bringing in Widowmaker from Overwatch. Widowmaker is a world class sniper for the terrorist organization called Talon. Once upon a time, she was the wife of one of the good guy agents before she was kidnapped, brainwashed and turned into something else. Through a whole long process of neural reconditioning and spoopy science stuff, Talon turned Widowmaker into the perfect assassin with cold, blue skin, a practically non-existent heartbeat and a profound lack of emotion. How she's still alive after all that?

I've got general OOC/IC permissions located here. And since Overwatch is... Overwatch, I put together a special backstory permissions post for canonmates over yonder. I do have a plurk @

So uh. Hi.

This is Luis. I play Gohan. And now I also play Danny Fenton, because impulse apps are a thing.

Short summary: Danny's a normal teenager who got electrocuted by science in his parents' lab. Now he's got ghost powers, and is basically his haunted town's superhero, whether they like it or not. He's a loser in school, a dork with his friends, and has the uncanny ability to make the wrong decisions every single time, to the point where his town hates him, his parents hunt him, and even Spider-Man's looking at this like "wow dude your life just sucks."

Continuing this trend of bad decisions: he's not telling ANYONE that he used to be a superhero. He's gonna play it off like this is his first time having powers, because that won't backfire spectacularly. Said powers are intangibility and invisibility, with the intangibility capable of being used to overshadow/possess other people. Oh, and his name is Ghost Boy, because who's this Danny Phantom character you speak of he's never heard of him.
