AC Policy Update

The mods have updated the AC Policy to include a warning system that allows a little more flexibility.
Players that have some kind of extenuating circumstances during an AC period such as medical emergencies, vacations, or other problems will still be eligible for a possible AC Skip (1) time each rolling year.
If a player fails to make Basic AC, and either doesn't have extenuating circumstances or already used an AC Skip, they'll receive a Warning for the character. This would mean that the next AC period, they must provide an additional proof for their Basic Activity requirement, of:
(1) network or log post,
(2) 10-comment threads,
(1) 20-comment thread,
OR
(1) proof of plot participation.
What happens if I get several warnings through the year?
AC warnings are meant to be used sparingly throughout the year and if we see the warning system being abused, there will be consequences to the player. Two warnings spread far apart through the year would not be an issue, but if a player fails several in a row, (i.e. fails an AC, provides the extra proofs the next AC, but then fails the next AC immediately after) we will not allow the player to have another warning. A player must have at least two successful ACs in a row (for all characters) before we allow another Warning.
Can I use a CR credit for AC proofs if I have a Warning?
No. CR credits cannot be used for any AC requirements if you have to supply an extra proof for a warning. All of your AC during that period must be non-CR Credit proofs. However, plot participation credits are still eligible to be used.
Can I still get the Activity Bonus if I have a Warning?
If the player with a Warning is able to make the Basic AC, and provides the additional proof to satisfy the Warning, they can still potentially go on to make the Activity Bonus.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask in the comments below.
