hey kids, this is gsai, first time player here, and if you couldn't tell from the gif, i've brought to this game a very terrible thing.

this is Elphelt Valentine from the long running fighting game franchise Guilty Gear and it's anime af. It's known for basically two things, having wild and crazy characters and a kick ass rockin' soundtrack (seriously listen to her theme song, it will improve your life).

She's Ramlethal's sister... sort of... She's also a living weapon of mass destruction who just wants to make friends, fight for the people she loves, AND FIND A HUSBAND. at least the version i'm playing isn't as pink. so there's that.

IT'S SO GOOD YOU SHOULD Rev2 is coming out "this year" for PC, but I'm unsure on the date. I think the March release date is just for consoles. It's a good way to get Revelator for just 40 bucks plus all the new content they're adding for Rev2

Anyway, welcome, and long time no see! It's Trap, who you may or may not remember from our Luceti days, where I played Caesar Silverberg, Claude C. Kenny, Shinji Ikari, and... well, a bunch of other characters, too, probably, because I was there for a long time. But yes! It's cool to see a familiar face! And I hope you have fun here!

i do look forward to it! straight up super-hero games have kind of always been a weakness of mine but i've had historical trouble making them stick for long (outside of Institute, which was a whole nother bag of marbles), but jon, ran/gaige/gwen's player, has talked my damn ear off about this place for months so IM GIVIN IT A TRY

And man, right? Superhero games are great but they can be hard to make work sometimes, I think. Of course, I'm totally biased, but this has probably been my best experience in one so far, so hopefully, it works out well for you, too!

here's hoping. the fact that you guys have kept the game active despite the cap (or maybe because of it) paints good signs that the plot can be completed to fruition. Institute was *right on the cusp* of finishing the game's plot and introducing Apocalypse for one last big battle (it would have been timed with the release of the movie, even, you can't get better than that) but it all fizzled out.

still kinda bummed about that, but this is a chance to have some fun with a similar concept, at least
