Hello everyone! My name's Sue (soodonimsue), and as a brand-new player to this game I'll be bringing in Agent North Dakota from Red vs. Blue, because darnit this legion really needs another candy-colored space marine with a weird name. North is the team marksman and overall pretty dad-like and chill for a guy who's in a shady private army. He's arriving with Theta, the anxious little cinnamon roll of an AI fragment implanted in his head by an experimental process that cannot have passed any kind of research ethics board.

North's going to be arriving with a shield dome/bubble and thermal vision, so he's thoroughly support class, though that's going to be less of a shock to the system than being purely on the side of the angels. I'd like to have him crash the Out With the Old party, too, so anyone who wants to tumble into the action with a complete newcomer to the whole superhero biz should definitely let me know. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to playing with everyone!

Also, I just rewatched Reconstruction last night, and I was totally misremembering it. I mean, they mention the whole "South backstabs North" thing, but I thought it actually HAPPENED in Reconstruction. Maybe it was Recovery One or something, idk.

Hi, I'm Carolyn and I play this smart AI here from the place where the Freelancers all get their armor models, and Namorita Prentiss from Marvel comics, who is basically the anthropomorphic personification of a ray of sunshine and can also throw a tank.

Cortana's taken over the studio systems with Delta in Out With the Old. Delta can probably give Theta and North by extension the "Cortana is great, don't piss her off" talk.

Oh my gosh, awesome, more AI. (Ones that Theta is officially allowed to talk to, even, dang, kid is not gonna know what to do with himself.) Plus I am weak vs human rays of sunshine, so I cannot wait to thread with both these ladies!

Theta is probably going to need some backup around Cortana, because she doesn't have a setting between "deactivated" and "the knob broke off at 11." She'll like both of them and she's harmless to friendlies, but she's a bit. Intense.

Nita's off on Books of Magic but assuming she doesn't get trapped in Faerie forever she can come be cheerfully nosy at the new guys ASAP.

Hi! Welcome and such! I'm Marie, I love North and Theta and will be all up in your business after the plot.

I'm only saying "after" because the character I've got in that plot, Robbie Baldwin/Speedball from Marvel Comics, lost his temper on most of the military types during the first part of the plot when they started discussing killing supervillains as a possible response. That doesn't mean I'm not down for something if you're looking for threads in the plot, just be advised that if North pulls that shooting someone from groin to neck routine, it won't go so well.

Regarding the current plot, North is going to be minding his Ps and Qs. The initial blitz team seems to have mayhem well under control, and new as he is to this whole situation (and aware as he is that there are people with superpowers he world be pissing off going all murdery) he's sticking to support. That said I know everyone's running around already in the plot, so meeting up after is also totally welcome.
