+1 Telekinetic Superhero Team Leader

Hello, everybody! My name is Shard and quite a few of you probably know me from other games. But for those of you who don't, I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

This is Vance Astrovik, also known as Justice. He's from Marvel 616 and has been a hero for...umm...it's been a while now. Several years, though it's always hard to tell with the sliding timeline you get in comics. He's a former Avenger, former teacher and advisor at the Avengers Academy, former member of the Initiative (he had his reasons) and current leader and always member of the New Warriors. He's also, as I understand, one of the last few who were pulled out by the response team before the current plot started. It just took a little time for him to wake up again.

He's a generally good guy who wants to help people and do the right thing, hence the superhero name. You can pretty much take it for granted that he took the Legionnaire's Oath the minute it was put to him, that's the kind of guy he is. He's also a little...stuffy is a good word, but he's trying to be better about that. He's still the one who runs things by the book as much as possible. After all, he's the one who would totally ask himself, "What would Captain America do?"...unironically.

Powers wise, Vance is a telekinetic. A pretty damned powerful telekinetic, really. He also has a really good mind for tactics and a great memory for other people's powers and how to deploy them. Which comes in handy when you're working with superheroes. So that's going to come into play sooner or later.

I know what you mean by ending up playing a character by accident. Vance was sort of like that as well. As are a fair few of my characters. But I really am looking forward to Vance meeting your guys! (Okay, he already knows Sam back home, but still.)

He...actually sort of is. If you get the chance, look up the character Major Victory. Who is Vance's future self from another timeline. It's hilarious.

I never watched a lot of DBZ, but I still look forward to Videl...probably annoying Vance a lot. :)

Nice to meet you too, Trap! And Superboy, of course. :) I did play in another game with a Superboy once and Vance would have offered to teach him more about his TK, so there's always that opening for these two to get to know each other. (Also, Vance would totally be the leader. He's good at the leader stuff.)

Oh gosh, that would be the best! I'm playing him from such an early canon point that he doesn't even really know a whole lot about his powers himself, so it's totally perfect. I would love for them to bond over that!
