Intel Puzzle
So the mods have a little whodunnit for players to have their character discuss and solve before "The Spy Who Sprocked Me" plot.
Characters will be given clues about several suspicious Council pairs, from several UP planets, and will have to narrow down which of the delegations are suspicious enough to investigate in the upcoming plot. We'll give the players the clues OOCly, for the characters to share ICly (ICly they'll be in all the intel that was shared with the team in this post).
An encrypted discussion post will be provided after clues are handed out, for the Legionnaires to work everything out. Please don't sign up unless you're prepared for your character to furnish their clues and be active in that discussion, which is expected to be resolved by 3/21. (The mods will give hints if players need them).
If you're interested in your character finding a clue and they're the type that would go through the intel that was shared, please sign up here. You may only sign up (1) character to ensure there are enough clues for anyone who signs up.
New characters may sign up. It can be handwaved that they received an explanation of recent events (and the UP Council betraying the team) and the intel files to look over.
You can sign up until: 3/17 @11:59 pm EST

We just figured out Blue's Clues, we just figured out Blue's Clues....

It takes sifting through reams of intel on the Council to find useful information. Some of it is in the minutes of various meetings, some of it comes from leaked communiques, and some of it comes from memos on the implementation of Council decisions.
But your character finds out these details that can help narrow down the delegations that are guilty and rule out the ones that are innocent:
- The Coluans voted yes on the Science Police providing security on the diplomatic meetup between the UP and Second Galaxy (during "Tinker, Tailor, Hero, Spy" plot), instead of the Legion handling it all, and pushed for security that was slightly substandard.
- The Carggites voted yes on lowered Carggite security in the capitol before the Joker's attack (just before "No Sanity Clause").
- The Naltorians were absent from the party where the Legionnaires were captured, thus avoiding risk of injury (during "Out With the Old").
- The Daxamites were involved in diplomatic relations with Harrub (during "Murderworld" plot).

- The Roboticans were present for the party (during "Out With the Old"), one delegate had serious damage to his chassis.
