Basic personality: In a nutshell, Locus is a emotionally-damaged, disassociative mess wrapped in a stoic soldier wrapper. All he really knows is how to be a soldier and follow orders and that's pretty much shaped his life, for better or worse. He's done some pretty terrible things and can justify just about anything at this point, but he does honestly want to turn things around and be a 'good guy'. He just has no idea what that entails.

There's a human being in there, but it might take some digging and persistence. Locus puts up a pretty good front of being this cold-hard professional, but he's also intensely loyal (as long as you don't screw him over), dry-humored, and in desperate need of validation. Please be his friend.

Also don't listen to Wash.
What has happened to them recently?: Made a few tentative friends, sparred with some people, yelled at lot at Wash, got severely traumatized at the Silent Horizon event. Like. He's not sure he wants to continue being a Legionnaire. Continued efforts to teach him how to be a person...well, continue. At least we've peeled him out of the armor for the time being.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: He'll be doing a rescue flashpoint at some point in the future. Basically grumpy-gus needs friends, encouragement, or a solid kick in the pants to get back in gear. Dealer's choice, really.

Character Fandom: Red Vs. Blue
Basic personality: Connie's cares a lot about the people in her team from the terrible good ol' days of Project Freelancer and is actively making the effort to be a better team mate to them again but she's still a very private person. She's got her secrets and even if people cheat by being from the future so they know a bunch of them already she's slow to open up about it. She can be a bit of a trouble maker given her curious and inquisitive nature, and once she's comfortable around you she can be quite friendly and teasing. She's more than a little sarcastic and she's still a bit skeptical about the Legion even though it seems to be taking care of her and her friends pretty well. Mostly, anyway.

What has happened to them recently?: After Silent Horizon, Connie's been working on getting her section of the Habdeck fitted out. Some people make blanket forts to feel safe, some people make safe houses in tactically advantageous environments. She doesn't want to talk about how she's been affected by things since so many of her friends have had it worse in her mind, so she's also trying to go out of her way to make sure they're taken care of as well.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: At some point, either on her new plot of land or somewhere else? Connie's having a pancake party, with all the toppings and trimmings because it's impossible for pancakes to be scary and who doesn't like pancakes?

I don't have many other plans for her just yet but I'd like to continue developing her CR with people outside of her canon. She could do with some friends who'll know her as herself rather than an ex-Freelancer.

Basic personality: Acts like traditionally bantery superhero! ... not so much on the inside. He's like an m&m with a bad peanut inside.
What has happened to them recently?:
Robbie got really messed up in the SH plot; Vance is currently convincing him to see Dr. Ryk'rr.

Since he's going to see the doc one way or another, Robbie will probably want to do some sort of dog-and-pony show to obfuscate things. Like he clearly has to go overboard with how 110% fine he is, right? Right! I'm just not sure what that will be.

If anyone does want to have a scene in Dr. Ryk'rr's waiting room, I'm down for that. I am not opposed to Robbie having made a set of finger puppets, either as an assignment or because it helps him deflect and not take the sessions seriously if he can interrupt them with things like finger puppet recountings of events. I feel really bad for the doc, honestly.

Victor and Robbie should do something post-Silent Horizon, considering that they did encounter each other, however briefly. Victor doesn't take you turning into a monster and trying to kill him personally, Robbie!

I feel like Victor and Joey could be friends. Though Victor may object strenuously to Joey growing muttonchops. Also, Joey and Tadashi could be chill, emotionally-supportive buddies together? And if you want to have him join the Espionage Squad, Parker can issue him an invite due to having suitable powers.

Basic personality: Human disaster. Abuses metaphors like it's his goddamn job. Wears shades 24/7 partly for the aesthetic, partly for sentimental reasons, partly because they him feel less exposed and vulnerable, and partly because he impaired his own fucking vision by wearing shades all the time and now he's sincerely a bit light sensitive.

He's honestly a good kid, it's just usually hidden by a lot of snark and vulgarity and his complete lack of filter. He's got fair number of issues but he's working through them so it's cool, he's cool. Doesn't actually like fighting and heroics but he compartmentalizes like a champ so he can do what's gotta get done.

What has happened to them recently?: He fought the Joker (by which I mean he helped shove the Joker in a fridge) and then got a front row seat to Karina's corpse party so that sucked. And then he came back from the mission and heard the rest of the squad were on a nightmare ship and that his boyfriend got sent home and that also sucked. So he's kind of mildly depressed right now but he's been pretty much adopted by Kubo and his mom so that's helping a little.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I want any and all CR! I can't guarantee it'll be positive when Dave is involved but it is never difficult to find an excuse to throw him at any post at least. He's also begun Legion World's own edition of Can Town so that's always a fun thing to drag people into, and eventually I want him to just draw or rap for the network because everyone needs to be exposed to that disaster. Also he's got a Legionnaire Legacy thing submitted so. That'll sure be a thing when that goes up.

Basic personality: Gruff, blunt, bitter, sardonic. Lots of inarticulate growling. Crazy stubborn. Headstrong and volatile. Gives no more fucks. Exhausted, exasperated, extremely salty, and generally just not very nice.
What has happened to them recently?: SURVIVED SILENT HORIZON but not before turning into a monster and attacking people including his Favorite Daughter. Kind of not holding the Legion or the UP in very high regard because it seems like botched missions like Murderworld have happened more than once? Come on, friends, get it together. He doesn't trust this.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'm sort of finding it a little hard to get 76 out there in the sense that it's really easy for him to just hole up in his safe house and not reach out to people if he's not actively on a mission. Sort of hoping to be better about that, but it's still a little tough! I expect a lot of his initial encounters to be antagonistic (he’s grumpy), I’d love to try and seek out people he might get along with or tolerate, too. He’s a hardcore military-type and will probably do well with other hardcore military-types, mercenaries, or fellow professionals, if only because they might *~*~*understand each other*~*~*. Most neutral encounters will probably be awkward because he’s awkward, but that’s okay because I love awkward. THROW WHATEVER AT ME FOR NOW I CAN TAKE IT.

Basic personality: Traumatized, battle-hardened, overly sarcastic soldier with a (hilariously poorly hidden) gooey compassionate kitten-loving center. Has somehow become a makeshift dad to a lot of younger team members and some that are around his age. Somehow unfailingly loyal and paranoid at the same time.

What has happened to them recently?: He helped throw the Joker in the fridge, spent a good chunk of time exhausting himself trying to make sure that his friends were okay following Silent Horizon and the attack on Cargg, and is still trying to come to terms with the fact that he doesn't have to be Okay all the time.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: There's a movie night coming up if anyone wants some low-key CR; in terms of larger plots, Wash is going to throw himself into the investigation, because he is sick and tired of these motherfucking moles on this motherfucking Legion World. He's also still in the process of reaching out and making sure people are recovering from the previous missions. Aside from that, I'm open for pretty much anything - hit me up!

Basic personality: An aloof, bitter hardass with a lot of deep-seated angst and rage, toned down only by his loyalty to The Mission and possibly being old and dead. After being blown up, he's lost a lot of his personable traits but he's still capable of it, should he have a really good reason. He has a flair for dramatics.

What has happened to them recently?: Survived Silent Horizon, and had a near heart-to-heart pffttt with Sombra only to have her almost throw up on him. He's been recuperating from his injuries and figuring out how to replace his ruined gear/clothing.

Basic personality: Kubo's a professional musician and storyteller! He spent most of his childhood caring alone for his semi-lucid mother in a cave, hiding from the grandpa who took his eye, and then things got worse. He's a theatrical, friendly kid seeking out happiness because his own life has been short on that. His caretaker personality is pretty ingrained and he's quick to be invested in his friends' wellbeing. He loves his mom a lot and u guys she's back from the dead!! How cool is that????? (answer: extra cool)
What has happened to them recently?: Kubo was chased down by a lot of monsters on Silent Horizon but managed to get out without being monsterized, and is mostly OK now only via the combo punch of Superpower Level Emotional Resilience and having his mom around to hug. He's dealing with this and with a level of "out of genre," since his world is very high fantasy and Legion is very not.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Kubo, as the Legion Bard, is real opposed to this Legionnaire Legacies thing. He'll continue to try to help Legionnaires tell their stories the way they want them told. He told his own life's story a while back in his own particular idiom and it is virally creeping around Future Youtube. In addition, he tells a story in the cafeteria every day, so it's easy not to miss the one-eyed kid with the shamisen who tells the lunchtime stories with magic paper.

Basic personality: Super smart, a little (a lot) paranoid, and ten pounds of determination in a two pound bag. She's a tiny spitfire and has some trouble relating to people and tends to be a little too blunt and out-spoken for her own good.

What has happened to them recently?: Silent Horizon hasn't quite convinced her that EVERYONE IS SPIES but it has definitely made her more paranoid and jumpy. She needs some relief but she also needs to drag the mole and all their dirty little secrets out into the light.

Basic personality: Loud, cocky and egotistical, Casey is pretty abrasive to people. He's reckless and occasionally thoughtless, preferring to jump into literally everything with both feet to feed his adrenaline addiction. He rarely thinks before he acts and loves pushing buttons, but ALSO has a heart of gold and really deep down just wants to protect people. He's just...not the best at it.

What has happened to them recently?: Casey kind of sort of accidentally got someone punctured with a broken glass filled bomb, so he feels pretty bad about that. Unfortunately, when Casey feels inadequate he tends to seek out ways to prove himself.

Character Fandom: Gravity Falls
Basic personality: Dipper is bookish, analytical, and a little neurotic and obsessive. He loves mysteries and puzzles and conspiracies. Despite being a nerditron, he does have a good sense of humor and is a pretty nice kid at heart. Though he's the type to get other people into trouble sometimes, he's also the type to try to get them back out again and can be pretty daring. He tries way way way too hard to be a Mature Adult (tm) when he's not one yet and after getting a bit better about it back home, superheroing kinda has him falling into that trap again. He's also totally lying his face off about his age. He's only 13 but saying he's 14 so he can be a Legionnaire.

What has happened to them recently?: What hasn't happened? Dipper was one of the people that got turned into monsters on the Silent Horizon. The Faceless specifically managed to crush his spirit by showing a brief glimpse of an actually-possible future where he was a loner weirdo with no friends who had trouble relating to his sister because their experiences were so divergent by then.

It was his second time getting brainwashed in the game, and even though he's made some friends, saved some people, and had some positive experiences, the strain's starting to show. He's at a bit of a crossroads re: to whether or not he deals with all this in a healthy way or starts to crack in a way that can't be easily fixed with a good telepath or a nice macaroni art therapy session with Dr. Ry'kerr.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I love all types of CR, from familial, to mentor-student, to friendly, to antagonistic, so hit me. I'll probably be running some IC DnD holodeck nerdery soon with Dipper GMing and now that I'm adjusting to my new job IRL, I wanna finish his stuff from the last plot and do some followup in the aftermath.

In the upcoming plots, I plan to toss him into "Books of Magic" and probably "Through the Looking Glass," but the latter's still up in the air.

Character Fandom: Marvel 616
Basic personality: Perky, friendly, honest and honorable, good at people, has a tendency to brush off things she doesn't want to do or think about, absolutely iron will, truly and legitimately not hiding anything she's really that nice. She is honestly a great person, fits into the Legion with no trouble at all, and has never once complained about meat.
What has happened to them recently?: I let her fall by the wayside because SH with Cortana took way more of my attention than I realized it would, so she's mostly just been on social autopilot.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'd love someone to get through to her that coasting on superpowers and Atlantean military training from her childhood is pretty irresponsible, given the circumstances they're in--she's really good already, but she could be better, and she half-asses her technique in favor of throwing cars at people and assuming nothing that hits her can hurt her. It'll probably take something bad happening on a mission.

Other than that, she's great to have feelings at because she's very kind and empathetic, but will call bullshit on the bullshit parts.

Character Fandom: Leverage
Basic personality: Parker's a thief and a criminal mastermind in the Robin Hood mold. Her approach to reality is about fifteen degrees off of everyone else's -- the things she says aren't completely alien, but sometimes they're a little disturbing. She's generally pretty upbeat and perky regardless.
What has happened to them recently?: Parker celebrated Christmas in her usual style: dressing up outfits just this side of being costumes and wearing more color than anyone has seen her wear since she got here. Then she bounced around during the No Sanity Clause mission, largely focusing on crowd control (since she can turn three Carggites back into one with a touch) and disarming bombs.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Parker is going to be running the Espionage Squad, and she's been studying her teammates since she arrived here -- both from the ventilation shafts and through available records. She's going to be sending out invites to those she thinks might be useful.

Basic personality: As Azúcar, she's eager to tease, offer help, listen and generally assist wherever it's needed in Legion day-to-day life. At most, she'll cut her teeth on college-level pranks, interspersed with pep-talks and a willingness to give heart-to-heart pep talks as needed.

As Sombra, without the facade, she's...well, significantly less kind. Also super chaotic and fond of political rebellion.

What has happened to them recently?: Rolled into the Silent Horizon and had a miserable time (though she didn't turn into a monster), reached bff status with Cortana after carrying her around in her implants for a while, has fostered a number of close relationships with fellow Legionnaires and expressed a vested interest in them, also drank a lot of tequila. Like a whole lot. Too much, in fact.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Sombra's running a long game in trying to steal secrets about everyone and everything within reach, and that includes the Legion, her fellow Legionnaires, and the UP. I've got a permissions post up here for laying out how much you'd like her to dig up about your characters, or to opt out if you'd like her not to pester them in their daily lives!

Otherwise, I know it's cliche, but I want everything: it's been a real joy getting to play in this game so far and interact with such a broad spectrum of characters, and positive, negative or personally invested CR is always a joy to me.

Character Name: The Master Chief (Nobody Almost nobody knows that he has an actual name.)
Character Fandom: Halo
Basic personality: Looks like a cool military action movie hero, actually an awkward grown-up child soldier who hides his lack of normal life-experience by looming and not talking much. Has a sense of humor in there somewhere despite several decades spent in a losing war with terrible aliens. Could've turned out to be the asshole kind of memetic badass, instead is the kind who thinks "memetic badass" sounds very impolite. (PS: What is a meme?) There is not a bloodthirsty bone in his body.
He's also ridiculously tall. Like holy shit.
What has happened to them recently?: Went to Cargg, got whammied with acid silly string by Joker mooks, is mostly okay. Now he's being concerned about everyone (especially the Silent Horizon group, double especially Cortana) but not really knowing how to help with that because he's hypercompetent at supersoldiering and nothing else.
He's quietly (because the Chief is always quietly) stoked that the Legion's aiming to be more proactive toward the things that keep cropping up and ambushing them.

The Chief and Cortana are slated to have their mysterious traumatic backstories blown wide for everyone on the next Legionnaire Legacies (which is after the next double feature plot), so if you have characters you want to get to know him a little before that happens? Now's the time. Nope wait I'm dumb that's happening SUPER SOON.
I don't have him nailed to either Out With The Old or The Books Of Magic yet but the former would be closer to his wheelhouse. I'll pull the trigger on that when we get there.
I have a whole list of people I want him to meet but it's always sort of slow going because he is terrible at socialization and doesn't seek it out. He doesn't brush people off the way a lot of brooding lonertypes do but it's very "okay but why do you want to talk to me????" Basic personality:

York: a sarcastic, visibly laid back and chill guy that's neurotic and more than a little twitchy under the surface who just wants to do good to make up for misplaced and actual guilt RE actions taken or not taken back in his home universe. A nice guy without being a Nice Guy (tm) he genuinely likes people and wants to be liked, and actually makes an effort to seem less competent and intelligent than he actually is via a semi-frat bro persona.

Delta: A stoic presenting AI that lives in York's head via a neural lace and chip implant at the base of his skull that is the logic oriented fragment of a greater smart AI. It's. Complicated. He's protective of York, enjoys puzzles, and is infinity more wary of others than his partner.

What has happened to them recently?: They had a fun time on the Silent Horizon and are individually trying to come to terms with Delta making York a meat puppet, who they are when they aren't plugged into each other- and generally trying to deal with being yanked around by a Cosmic horror. You know. FUN! 8D

Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: York's getting back on his feet but will double down on sparring and trying to ask people about squad based training, maybe mixing and matching powersets to get the most out of each session. He's gotta go back to therapy to talk about what happened but is throwing himself into every possible distraction there is- so if you wanna find him jamming on the beach or be the one to drag his ass back to work properly (or therapy) he needs it and will cave eventually.
