Parker will happily talk to him about the benefits of spacefuture tasers. She also might be persuaded to listen to Karkat talk about troll romance, because it makes about as much sense to her as human romance.

Not on tasers, she just likes those. If he wants to learn how to pick locks or hotwire cars though...

I don't yet, but I've been meaning to for awhile. I'll try to get to it soon, I've got a couple other things I need to hit with her first but there will totally be a general "hey, who wants to learn crime?" post sooner rather than later!
