I'm going to go with no, partially because dimensional shenanigans and partially because Director Doctor Leonard Church is a proprietary asshole who wouldn't talk about the competition too terribly much. 8D

(I mean, Wash might know some things by virtue of having Epsilon's/Alpha's/the Director's memories, but going memory diving is bad for his sanity so I am handwaving the fuck out of that.)
