Cortana.

I don't have any plans just yet but given Sombra's curiosity (and the fact that she's -very- slowly been learning about their general universe via Locus) I can't imagine they wouldn't cross paths eventually for better or probably worse. Also dear god she'd be so interested in Cortana's very existence

The RvBs are just going to make her frysquint for like a week.

Cortana's likely to be cagey about how she exists, because it implicates her creator in some shady, shady shit, but Sombra could find out everything she needs to know about smart AI from the RvB crew.

I can see them teaming up to dig up dirt, on the theory of "trust no weirdos from the 31st century," even if they don't trust each other, either.

In all seriousness though if they somehow jump on the dirt digging train with Sombra that might just make my life. Putting all the infighting on hold because hold up a minute guys, what about everybody else, how can we trust them??

The Chief might not be along for the ride. Cortana tries not to burden him with things that might worry him unduly. Like all her extracurriculars. Or her tendency to do shit like integrate Covenant code into her own programming because hey why not.

Cortana when are you going to learn that Chief is always going to find a way to get his nose into everything you try to shield him from, and then just Simple Dog about it.

They are extremely competent and entirely professional and didn't only save the galaxy because the Chief is too lucky to fail. (Seriously Zita should just have taken "Plot Armor" as his power. That shit's impenetrable.)
