FULL ACTIVITY CHECK [SEP- OCT]
This is the game's full Activity Check.
ACTIVITY CHECK POLICY
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
✦ While we will replurk AC announcements, this game does not give "Character X has not replied to AC yet" warnings. It is the player's responsibility to check the OOC or game plurk for announcements and post on time.
✦ You may post all your characters in one post or post a comment for each character.
✦ NPC Legionnaires and Villain NPCs are exempt from AC, however, their players must make AC for whatever other characters they have.
✦ If you forget to post to AC in time, you will get cut, and that's that. The only exceptions that we will make are if we make a mistake in cutting someone ourselves, or if there was some kind of emergency. Please contact us if you think this applies.
✦ If you have a thread that is still ongoing, you may count all its current comments for this AC and mark off the point where they cut off with a note, then count any further comments on it towards next AC. (That means that if you had any logs continue after last AC those comments can count toward this one.)
✦ If claiming a CR credit, the activity proofs you list for that can also be listed as normal activity proofs.
✦ Test Drive Meme threads can't be used for plot or cr credits, but can be used for comment-based activity proofs.
✦ If you fail to make the Basic Activity, you may receive a Warning that requires an extra activity proof the next AC period. Please make sure you require warnings sparingly, as there are consequences if the system is abused.
✦ You can claim one AC exemption per rolling year, if there are extenuating life circumstances. If you feel this applies, please contact us via PM or on the MOD CONTACT or HIATUS/DROP page.
✦ If you cannot make AC, would not be eligible for another warning, and feel there are no extenuating circumstances, please still contact us in some way! You may not be eligible to skip AC or receive a new warning, but if you at least touch base with us about failing AC while the Activity Check is ongoing (instead of idling out), you'll have a reduced time to wait if you want to reapp back in later.
✦ The activity period being checked runs from the start of the last AC period to yesterday, with today as the start of the new AC period: 08/25 to 10/25
For Ongoing Characters that must make full AC with proofs this month, please fill out the following, and simply delete any sections or lines that aren't applicable:
For new characters that haven't gone through a FULL AC yet, and have apped in less than two weeks before AC, please fill out the following for a simple check-in. No activity proof is required.
For new characters that haven't gone through a FULL AC yet, and have apped in more than two weeks before AC, please fill out the following for a check-in, and provide a single proof of activity that you introed the character. It doesn't have to fit any particular length (it can even just be one comment into a thread).
