A fun fact about you (or a stupid gif): A cop helped me break into a car once when I was 11. (The car was not mine or the cop's.)

Character Name: Kubo
Character Fandom: Kubo and the Two Strings
Basic personality: A theatrical, friendly kid seeking out happiness and stories because his own life has been short on happiness. He's very proud of and loves his dead parents and his stories right now are all about them.
What has happened to them recently?: Kubo's straight from his world, where he spent the last two years being the primary caretaker for his grandfather, the Moon King, who took Kubo's eye when he was a baby and ordered Kubo's aunts to kill Kubo's mother and father, which they did, in front of Kubo. Grandpa's an amnesiac and in his current defeated mortal state is usually a kind old man, not nasty enough to blame for his actions as the Moon King, but that relationship is as complicated as you could expect. Prior to that he was his mother's caretaker, so he's really not had any time in his life when he wasn't responsible for someone else's wellbeing.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Kubo needs someone to teach him how to better use the Sword Unbreakable, more in a manner befitting the son of a mighty samurai. He will also be putting on lots of shows with his shamisen and origami magic, and needs people to tell him tales of the Legion that he can start working into his shows. Also, people to commiserate with re: his family situation, which is complicated and sad and weird.

Character Name: Azula
Character Fandom: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Basic personality: Uh, evil? She's arrogant, ruthless, and ambitious and also a touch unstable. But she has so far been trying to play be Legion rules.
What has happened to them recently?: She's just arrived at the Legion and has mostly been meeting people and getting to know this new place. However she is involved in Murder World, for more about that, see below.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I am planning to really push Azula hard in Murder World, in hopes of helping her become a bit more of a team player (or just completely losing it, who knows?). She's starting off in Car Wars, where she'll discover that her powers have been nerfed. Day 2, I don't know where I'm putting her but she'll be dealing with a muttation based off her mother, with whom she has issues. Then Day 3 she finally gets to kill something. So currently mostly looking for people to help out with that stuff - I've been involved with some Plurk planning but always open to more.

Basic personality: Just a ordinary dude from Long Island that got superpowers, spent a few years as a hero in the bush leagues, and became massively overpowered and pulled head first into a terrible space war. Dependable, incredibly stubborn, compassionate, generally good-humored, and dealing with some heavy shit from fighting in several space wars/crazy cosmic conflicts. Slowing down a little bit from all the saving-the-day on his own is going to lead him to start thinking a little too much about things he's been trying to avoid. Occasionally has self esteem issues and thinks he's nothing special ("just a guy from Long Island") despite being a Big Damn Hero in space all the time.
What has happened to them recently?: I just tossed him into Murderworld
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Hit me with Murderworld plans and plans for after! Murderworld will be rough but probably not too traumatizing for him.

In general, I'd really love to have Rich just making more friends and possibly mentoring some of the younger people. He's kind of a consummate big bro at heart and I'd like to play with that a lot. As one of the relatively older people in the game, I'd also love for him to keep making grownup friends so they can all drink and share stories.

I'd also like to play around a bit with how he's a touch too self-sacrificial. Some characters have been starting to call him on that and it's definitely an avenue I want to explore, him realizing he's actually allowed to be a little selfish now and again. After going for so long on his own, he needs to learn to rely on his friends again.

Character Name: Dipper Pines
Character Fandom: Gravity Falls
Basic personality: Dipper is bookish, analytical, and a little neurotic and obsessive. He loves mysteries and puzzles and conspiracies. Despite being a nerditron, he does have a good sense of humor and is a pretty nice kid at heart. Though he's the type to get other people into trouble sometimes, he's also the type to try to get them back out again. He's also occasionally incredibly brave and daring, to a degree that's unusual for someone as young as him. While he tries very hard to seem adult, he still is a kid, and enjoys goofing around.

He's a little bit...off because Gravity Falls was so weird and because the apocalypse does that to a kid, so sometimes he says things not realizing how bizarre they sound. He's also totally lying his face off about his age. He's only 13 but saying he's 14 so he can be a Legionnaire.
What has happened to them recently?: Dipper had a rough time of things in In Brightest Day, where he was captured and brainwashed into being a Yellow Lantern. For a while, he was unstable, but the telepaths fixed up his brain. He participated in the ambush in Tinker Tailor plot and mostly held his own and tried to help his teammates. He got through that without many injuries, and between having time to recover from the Yellow Lantern thing and his sister showing up, he's on a lot steadier ground.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'm tossing him into Murderworld and he and Mabel are going to be sort of hilariously blase about it. I'm totally game for Murderworld plotting and plotting for after. Dipper is pretty friendly to most people, especially people willing to do nerd things with him.

Character Name: Nick Wilde
Character Fandom: Zootopia
Basic personality: Nick is the chillest of the chill, someone who smoothly breezes through life acting like nothing ever gets under his skin. He has a wry, dry, kind of laconic sense of humor, and loves trolling and inconveniencing people he dislikes. Underneath trying to act smooth and like he doesn't care all the time, he is a good guy at heart, and he cares about people, even if he's not the type to openly show it. There's a reason he stopped being a criminal and became a cop, and a reason he joined the Legion despite the risks. He especially dislikes that so many young people are caught up in all this.
What has happened to them recently?: Nick got a yellow ring in In Brightest Day but Parker grabbed him and escaped using her orange ring. Then he kinda sorta forced a green to work for the final fight. He also participated in the investigation portion of Tinker Tailor plot.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'm tossing him into Murderworld so I'm game for any plotting for that. One the first day or so he'll be himself, just trying to deal with everything. On the second or third day, he's going to get tagged with something that makes him go a little feral for a while but that'll just make him defend people he's close to. After plot, he's going to have to cope with that but I'm open to anything.

I'd love for Nick to make more actual factual friends. He makes friendly acquaintances and connections like you wouldn't believe, but actual friend-friends is new and he's slowly making more on the team.

Character Name: Leela Bricker

Basic personality: Sarcastic, passionate, protective, and a bit of a troll, Leela is a normal person from an Earth like ours that wound up living her life as a hero in a fantasy world. She can be a little too ferocious but is adjusting to this whole not-killing thing. She is pretty friendly and gregarious but tends to keep people from getting too close as a self-protective thing.
What has happened to them recently?: Leela just showed up before Murderworld
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'm game for her getting to know people via fighting side by side in Murderworld, or celebrating taking down Arcade after. Leela loves dicking with people but only if they're having fun with it. I'd love to find people she can prank war with or that might want to be sparring buddies.

Character Fandom: Marvel Comics
Basic personality: Likes to front the happy joker, is secretly dragging around an entire 1910s Grand Tour of steamer trunks full of guilt and low self esteem. Either way, he's a sweet kid deep down, but he puts himself dead last in his appraisals of everything. He talks a good game though. It's a left hand/right hand thing.

What has happened to them recently?: Robbie hasn't been on Legionworld long, but he's already found out 2 of his friends are kinda not dead, he can't decide which Pines twin he likes best, and he's sort of pitching in at Brainiac's lab. Also, his cat is here. Robbie was not on Murderworld, but I'm thinking of having him involved in the rescue.

Basic personality: A reserved, kind-hearted gal who enjoys reading and writing, as well as botany.
What has happened to them recently?: Just showed up, and nothing terribly eventful happened to her at home prior to coming here, outside of simple rural life.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Mary's got brand spanking new paper manipulation powers that she has barely any idea how to use. Folks who can help her with that would be great. Other ordinary fish-out-of-water types to kind of share in the sheer "what the actual fuck" would be great, but I'm also down for her being completely blindsided by Actual Experienced Heroes wondering why this (currently) plain-looking woman is walking around with a Legionnare ring.

Basic personality: Dumbass teenage vigilante who thinks he's way cooler than he is and throws himself into any and all danger without a second thought. Also has a heart of gold and is far more sensitive and caring than he seems.
What has happened to them recently?: Casey's basically taken up with Muderworld right now! I'm not sure what's going to happen at this stage, but it will either pump him up for more action or he'll suppress whatever hurts about it and...get more pumped up for action. They look the same but trust me, it's very different.

What has happened to them recently?: She's freshly arrived/just joined the Legion!

I'm mostly looking to get her settled and start establishing CR. She's a new character for me, so I'm excited to explore her character and see where things go.

Basic personality: Donut's all smiles and good intentions, but he doesn't mind spilling blood. Of course, it's not his favorite thing to do. That would be hanging out with his friends making happy memories. Donut doesn't care about divisions like red team or blue team, or whether your human, or alien, or a robot. He likes everyone equally unless they give him cause to dislike them like blowing him up (looking at you Tex). Donut acts like a kid wanting to have fun half the time and the other half he tends to annoy people.
What has happened to them recently?: Donut is learning how to use his powers.

Character Fandom: Marvel 616
Basic personality: Actual fish princess from Atlantis, because comics. Perpetual D-lister who doesn't realize she's a D-lister. Cheerful, friendly, self-assured, a bit careless. Stubborn as a mule, especially in matters of morality. Not a mean bone in her body, but more than few smartass ones. Genuinely as nice, kind-hearted, and guileless as she seems. Overconfidence is likely to get her killed one day.
What has happened to them recently?: She just got here, took about 30 seconds to think before joining the Legion, and is currently kicking around Murderworld being mostly unaffected because her life has been in constant danger from dynastic politics or superhero bullshit since she was a baby, so she doesn't really notice. The thing she is most annoyed about currently is losing her mutant flight powers, what nonsense is this.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: My Murderworld schedule is mostly wide open. Nita will jump into any fight on the side of the underdog without thinking, and despite her overconfidence, she actually is really good in combat. She's not going to put in an appearance for Car Wars because deserts are really bad for her and the first thing she'd do is hightail it right back out of the zone. Starting about mid-afternoon on Day 2, she'll have Finnick's trident (thx Wash!)

Upon returning from Murderworld none the worse for wear, she's going to have to face her Issues--which aren't all that severe, to be honest. She's pretty relieved (but won't admit it unless pressed) that she doesn't have to deal with the stuff at home that went down during her time travel shenanigans just yet. A lot has happened to her in a short amount of time, yes, but her head is screwed on straight and she's not scared to feel things, so if anyone wants to be confused by the fact someone around here is emotionally competent, I guess that could be a thing. :P

In general she's better as the one people are having emotions at rather than the one doing the emoting, because she's very compassionate and non-judgmental, but will absolutely call bullshit on bad behavior.

What kind of specific plans do you have for her paper powers? Because obviously she and Kubo should hang out and be paper pals! His powers limit him pretty strictly to small pieces of origami paper, though, with the option of manipulating larger pieces if his music is amplified, but maybe he could teach her a thing or two about origami if she's into that sort of thing.

I want to manipulate these two into talking about mothers at some point, which is likely to happen, because Kubo's mom was an ultra boss badass moon princess and he loved her more than life itself. Then she died for him. He'll talk about her at the drop of a hat.

Aside from that I just . . . want CR between these two. Besides their cultural similarities, Kubo has the evil abusive royal family background in common with Azula, but went in a very different direction from it.

(That said if Azula ever feels inclined to tell him glorious tales of the time a Fire Nation admiral darkened the moon, boy will Kubo nod along enthusiastically.)

Character Name: Dexter Grif
Character Fandom: Red vs Blue
Basic personality: Grif is a lazy, sarcastic jerkass who likes to eat and not do work. He’s not actually a horrible person and is slowly growing up a bit here, but he’s not a willing participant in that and is very invested in being the team asshole. A lot of that is because he doesn’t really believe he can be better, and knows he's way out of his depth. Grif cares about the team, is kind of upset about it, and definitely doesn’t want the team to know because he's really not good at caring about anything.
What has happened to them recently?: He's in the murder world arena at the moment (I still need to do top level stuff oops). He recently made one of his periodic posts demanding newbies tell him about their powers, helped (for a given value of help) chase Reaper around the habitat deck, and (in a moment of weakness) agreed to do powers training (which he regretted immediately).
He also wants to make sure Donut stays okay but dies a little inside every time they talk.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Grif is easy to kick off new CR with because he's a nosy loudmouth who likes to argue and complain about every dumb little thing to anyone who will listen. I'm basically down for anything with him.

He's in murder world, starting with day one car wars, and is going to run over some fools and sort of enjoy himself before everything goes to shit for him.

Character Name: The Master Chief
Character Fandom: Halo
Basic personality: The Chief is 100% dedicated to the protection of humanity at all costs, especially if that cost is himself. He’s a fully grown child soldier who's been fighting aliens from age 14 to 42. Plot troubles aside, this is the most time he's had to catch his breath in years and he's slowly thawing out as a human being again. Though he's big and quiet and intimidating, he also has a low-key sense of humor that's getting a chance to show more because his life isn't wall-to-wall crises for once. The situation is also forcing him to be more social than he's used to, and it's super duper weird for him.
What has happened to them recently?: He's in the murder world arena too (also pending top levels). He went to a nerd convention, made a friend somehow (Wash), was introduced to scifi horror classic Alien, fought Validus in the ambush with his new friend, and afterward had a fight with him because the Chief is stubborn and way too self-sacrificing. They are friends again, but only after having a classified backstory power hour. Oops.
He also did investigation stuff with Parker in the ambush aftermath to help prove Rocket's innocence.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Chief's a lot harder to set up CR with because he's pretty reserved, so I'm especially looking for things to do with him. (Haven't been as on the ball with that as I'd like to be.) His main thing is that he doesn't know how to relax at all and is sort of bewildered by other characters being sociable, mostly adjusted people at him.

He's in murder world, also starting with day one car wars, and later he's going to get lost in escher hell with Wash and punch a xenomorph in the face. I'm up for anything with him there.

As for other things, I've got some kind of vague thought that maybe there are scores kept on training simulations and he is low-key defending a high spot on the leaderboard. He cares about it a little bit. Sssssshhhh.

They're her only power, and will essentially function like a Lantern ring in versatility - so she can learn a lot from different people about different ways to control it on both large and small scales, so yeah, paper buddies!

Also, storytelling buddies, since she does writing!
