Can anyone friend you? Y! (just maybe let me know who you are)
A fun fact about you (or a stupid gif):
Character Name: Grif
Character Fandom: Red vs Blue
Basic personality: Grif’s a lazy, stubborn jerkass who loves to complain and hates effort. It’s frustrating for him because not dying currently takes effort, and he’s pretty sure this is giving people the wrong idea about who he is.
What has happened to them recently?:
Grif doesn’t show up for practice of any kind. The getting-caught-on-tape-running-into-a-wall thing is probably the first indication anyone’s got that he’s actually trying a little bit, and he almost died of shame. Grif doesn't try. Ever.
Between that and Galactus plot, where he dragged Rich Rider’s bleeding almost-carcass back to Legion World after confronting the Surfer and later helped the team that fought the Surfer on Braal, he’s had a lot of things to yell about lately.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character:
On the one hand, he’s really going to be pleased with the pampering/adoration of the UP in general. On the other, he really wants everyone to know he’s a lazy jackass cool guy. He’s gonna try to up his asshole game to compensate. If you want someone to be mad at because they borrowed something without asking, halfassed something and ruined it, or just said something cutting about you and/or your mom, Grif’s your guy. He's obnoxious but mostly harmless (unless something he decided not to do snowballs into disaster). I’m also keeping an eye out for something for him to make worse in an upcoming plot somewhere, so characters can be justifiably pissed off at him about whatever that is probably.
CRwise I'm down for basically anything. Antagonistic stuff is easy, as are weird hatefriendships. You're also welcome to try to get somewhere with him by being a nice person, but he'll try to laugh that off and pull away because that's weird you're weird what do you want from him? Also, laziness aside, he's an older brother back home and still has this weird/unwanted pang of responsibility re: all these literal teenagers. He's not a good influence at all, but if one of them asked him for help they'd probably get it. (Low key. With a lot of bitching. Tell no one.) I think it would be fun to do the "when you need an adult, but not an actual good adult" thing with him somewhere.

Character bomb incoming!

Character Fandom: Marvel Comics (616)
Basic personality: Just a ordinary dude from Long Island that got superpowers, spent a few years as a hero in the bush leagues, and became massively overpowered and pulled head first into a terrible space war. Dependable, incredibly stubborn, compassionate, generally good-humored, and dealing with some heavy shit from fighting in several space wars/crazy cosmic conflicts. He's adjusting to the fact he's, you know, not dead, which is novel considering the last thing he remembers before being pulled here is sacrificing himself to get his friends home from another dimension and dissipating into energy. Slowing down is going to lead him to start thinking a little too much about things he's been trying to avoid.
Occasionally has self esteem issues and thinks he's nothing special ("just a guy from Long Island") despite being a Big Damn Hero in space all the time.
What has happened to them recently?: Rich tried to talk the Silver Surfer into leading Galactus away from Braal before they took down Stardust and it did not go well. He's got a little bit of recovery time ahead of him, but fortunately it's not super long, thanks to UP medical tech. He's pretty tickled that everyone soundly beat Galactus while he was out and is super impressed with them all.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'd really love to have Rich just making more friends and possibly mentoring some of the younger people. He's kind of a consummate big bro at heart and I'd like to play with that a lot. As one of the relatively older people in the game, I'd also love for him to keep making grownup friends so they can all drink and share stories.
I'd also like to play around a bit with how he's a touch too self-sacrificial. Some characters have been starting to call him on that and it's definitely an avenue I want to explore, him realizing he's actually allowed to be a little selfish now and again. After going for so long on his own, he needs to learn to rely on his friends again.

Character Fandom: Gravity Falls
Basic personality: Dipper is bookish, analytical, and a little neurotic and obsessive. He loves mysteries and puzzles and conspiracies. Despite being a nerditron, he does have a good sense of humor and is a pretty nice kid at heart. Though he's the type to get other people into trouble sometimes, he's also the type to try to get them back out again. He's also occasionally incredibly brave and daring, to a degree that's unusual for someone as young as him. While he tries very hard to seem adult, he still is a kid, and enjoys goofing around.
He's a little bit...off because Gravity Falls was so weird and because the apocalypse does that to a kid, so sometimes he says things not realizing how bizarre they sound. He's also totally lying his face off about his age. He's only 13 but saying he's 14 so he can be a Legionnaire.
What has happened to them recently?: Dipper helped solve a mystery in the Second Galaxy (where the killer tried to kill him) and helped free the Spectre. He's going to be doing a lot of research on finding the thing that will let them put the Spectre back in his prison.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'd like to have him making lots of friends because he's someone that has trouble with that sometimes and it's cute when he finds people that like his weirdness.
I also want to play with the fact he's completely paranoid sometimes because of all the craziness that was Weirdmageddon and Gravity Falls. He's not like super duper traumatized, but he's a teensy bit shaken by it all even if he's trying to ignore it.

Character Fandom: Zootopia
Basic personality: Nick is the chillest of the chill, someone who smoothly breezes through life acting like nothing ever gets under his skin. He has a wry, dry, kind of laconic sense of humor, and loves trolling and inconveniencing people he dislikes. Underneath trying to act smooth and like he doesn't care all the time, he is a good guy at heart, and he cares about people, even if he's not the type to openly show it. There's a reason he stopped being a criminal and became a cop, and a reason he joined the Legion despite the risks. He especially dislikes that so many young people are caught up in all this.
What has happened to them recently?: Nick helped keep the UP fleet from getting themselves killed by facing Galactus. He feels pretty good about it. He's also trying to adjust to the cosmic-ness of it all because it's a lot to take in. He's just a normal cop from a relatively normal animal world and he's only seen this superhero stuff in movies. It's blowing his mind a little.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I'd love for Nick to make more actual factual friends. He makes friendly acquaintances and connections like you wouldn't believe, but he's got a grand total of one friend friend. Maybe two if you count Finnick. (Maybe). I'd really love for more CR with the cops and criminals especially, since he's been both.
He's also really fascinated by all the humans and humanoid aliens because they're so...alien. I'm also interested in him hanging with the other animal peoples, because he's going to find them less weird.

Character Fandom: Marvel 616
Basic personality: Sam's a scrappy teenage boy who moonlights as a cosmic superhero, while simultaneously trying to help his financially struggling family hold it together and not get kicked out of school for all those days he keeps missing. He's got about the amount of sarcasm and arrogance you'd expect from a fifteen-year-old boy with sweet superpowers, but he's a good kid despite his faults and while he's messed up a lot in his superheroing, he's also given 100% to trying to fix his mistakes and get it right.
What has happened to them recently?: Sam was part of the team that went up against the Silver Surfer. He not only managed to not die, he managed to not get hurt and they accomplished the mission, so despite all the heavy shit going down right now he's feeling pretty cool about that.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: He likes skateboarding, dubstep, and watching sports. At some point I'm gonna do an open with him exploring what kinds of ridiculous televised sporting events the future has to offer, probably.
At some point I want to have him get in ridiculously over his head and do something really ill-advised that barely works and nearly gets him killed. I think that might wind up happening during Murderworld, when we get there?

Character Fandom: DCU
Basic personality: Hal is the textbook hotshot ace pilot. He's fearless, likes to be in the middle of the action, is kind of a smartass, and has a deep appreciation for fast jets.
And he has probably hit on some lady in a bar with "You've Lost that Lovin' Feelin'" at least once.A layer under that, he's got a lot of issues; he's so afraid of losing people that he tends to avoid commitment like the plague, and he's got a lot of guilt about that time he went off the deep end and tried to erase all reality and make a new one. (There was a cosmic fearbug chewing on his brain, his hometown blew up. It was a bad time.) He's one of the older characters - pushing forty, and has been in the superhero business for nearly his entire adult life - so he goes into uncle mode around the younger ones some. What has happened to them recently?: Hal was the one to float the plan of siccing the Spectre on Galactus, and took part in executing that part of it. He's gonna feel like crap if/when that one comes back to bite them in the ass, but what can you do.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I deeply enjoy Hal uncleing. Please let him uncle at your kids. I also deeply enjoy Hal commiserating with other grown-ups who have seen some shit, so throw me your token adults too. He's a space cop and from the past of the game world (or a very close version of it), so this is all very been-there-done-that and he's probably good for helping people adjust to space, superheroing, and DCverse in general.

Character Fandom: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (IDW comics)
Basic personality: Does machines. Donnie is a huge, huge nerd; he's deep into computers and engineering, and his game power has only given him more means to do crazy stuff with them. He has a deep need to understand things - the science behind things, the logic driving things, how it all works - and has had some trouble with mystical concepts in the past, although he's learning to be more open-minded about it. He's generally pretty agreeable and easy to get along with, but he can really put his foot down when he thinks people aren't being rational about stuff.
What has happened to them recently?: Donnie was part of the military leg of the plan, putting both his ninja and technical skills to work by infiltrating the command ship and hijacking their navigation and communications to redirect the fleet.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Science! Give me your nerds, Donnie will join them in doing science. He's also a bit of a geek, and we've had talk of the nerds running D&D in the simulators, which he will definitely be in on. He's a skilled ninja, so a good training partner, and of course, he tends to hit it off quick with the other animal folks.
Quick note here that Donnie tends to be a little more backburner in my playing lately; Hal and Sam are loud and I tend to turn to them first when I'm deciding who to reply to something with. If you ever want Donnie out for something specific and I haven't hit it with him, by all means, drop me a line and I'm happy to hook you up!

A fun fact about you (or a stupid gif):
Character Name: Alexander of Astora
Character Fandom: Dark Souls
Basic personality: Alexander's a knight through-and-through. Despite getting slightly nihilistic from being stuck as an Undead for the past couple centuries, he still believes in things like honor, justice, and doing what's right. He can also be a bit of a dork at times, but that's just the influence of guys like Solaire and Siegmeyer back home. Will probably end up team grandpa.
What has happened to them recently?: Still backthreading it, but he got tossed into a mini black hole by Stardust. He got better, though.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I don't have too much planned for upcoming plots, other than him getting a black ring and going crazy for a bit during Lantern Plot.
As far as CR goes (side note: I gotta start tagging out more), Alexander will gravitate towards some of the older Legionnaires. Lordran didn't have any kids running around, so he's several centuries out of practice dealing with them. He's the kind of guy who will commiserate with someone over old war stories and the like. Even so, he's got a decent sense of humor, so he's not exactly as gloom and doom as one might think.
That being said, I would love to have Alexander mentor some of the younger Legionnaires. He's entirely the kind of guy to see these kids pushing themselves to their limits and feel terrible about having to have them fight things like Galactus and Chronoblivion, so he'd try to pass on everything he knows in hopes of giving them more of a fighting chance. He would 100% feel responsible if anything happened to any of the kids while he's active, so I imagine him ending up eventually acting like a team grandpa.

Can anyone friend you? Go for it!
A fun fact about you (or a stupid gif):
The accurate Videl experience.
Character Name: Videl
Character Fandom: Dragon Ball Z
Basic personality: Videl is really intense. She tends to be brutally honest mostly all the time and doesn't worry about hurting otehr people's feelings. She's not very patient and she tends to be incredibly stubborn. She's intimidating! She has resting bitch face. She's all around really passionate, and that is expressed as much in her good emotions as her bad ones. Despite all that, she has a rigid sense of justice and throws herself right into the line of fire to help people. When something captures her interest, her curiosity goes through the roof and she pursues that interest with every fiber of her being. She's quick to become suspicious and used to be a massive skeptic about anything out of the ordinary. She's intensely loyal to.
What has happened to them recently?: Kicking butt! Videl was with Jason and Parker during the Galactus plot, who were all on Braal trying to capture a mass-murdering psychic parasite called Harrow. The team had an awesome show down against Harrow and successfully trapped it inside the Braalian body it possessed and arrested it. Videl is really riding high from how well that went and even the threat of Chronoblivion hasn't completely brought her down.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Upcoming stuff: Videl is getting one of her powers swapped! She's keeping her kinetic energy absorption ability, but swapping enhanced agility for metallization. In short, she'll be able to turn her skin into vibranium. (You can check out the full explanation of the power here.) I'll be making a post for that within the next week, so please keep an eye out for it. <3
CR wants: a lot of things! Videl has really started to settle in at Legion and put down roots, so I really want her to deepen her bonds with her fellow Legionnaires. She still kind of keeps people at surface level, so I want some CR that gets under her skin, either in a good way or a bad. way.
Also training buddies! Training is a huge thing for Videl and something she does daily, so I'd love for her to get some dedicated work out buddies or people she can spar with.
I keep looking at this and making farting sounds in my head.

Can anyone friend you? Y
A fun fact about you (or a stupid gif):
Character Name: Jason Lee Scott
Character Fandom: Power Rangers
Basic personality: Boring hero dude. Definitely not a teenager with attitude. More of a do-gooder who wants to push everyone to better themselves and be perfect 90s children's show heroes. No fun allowed unless it's good and wholesome fun.
What has happened to them recently?: Jason ran into a burning building a few weeks ago. Oh, and he made some friends. Maybe. And beat up a psychic terrorbeast that was hitching a ride with Galactus.
Everyone probably only remembers him for the whole beach party thing, though.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I've been wanting to get Jason some martial arts buddies and doing a terrible job of it.
Admittedly, I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do with him. I have a hard time figuring out how he'd react to continued exposure to the horrors of the Legion universe, and it doesn't help that most of the plots that're coming up tend to involve people acting pretty monstrous.
