She's been holding out on the idea that the last member of their friendship team might show up eventually, and it's going to break her heart to not be able to publicly say as much, given that she's currently operating under a different disguise/alias to get in the Legion's good graces...
...and then capitalize on that.
She's also got an appropriately abandoned beach safehouse with a room set up for Amélie (just in case), because it's Sombra. Of course she does.
