Once everyone's in the same room, Cortana's going to be hitting as many omnicomms as she can to generate a tactical map. There's no way I can keep up with threads with everyone, but if you suddenly want a bossy computer lady talking to you, she's available. We could also handwave that they worked together and then do an aftermath thread. Regardless, everyone who wants to can assume they suddenly have much better sensor and tactical information than they used to, which should help with that whole "incomprehensible Escher space" nonsense.
