Yeah I can make something work I think! For a "quick" thread I don't think it'd be right to count comments, so long as they maybe hit some kind of "hey did we just become friends" note I think that's all we need to establish, then let it taper off in a fade to black "and then they were cowboy friends and traversed the space station for a bit together" to establish for the fight thread, yeah?
